Use Ontario's current record process

Verify Ontario was not a personal passport app
The province launched Verify Ontario in 2021 so businesses and organizations could scan official QR codes. Residents presented a certificate saved as a PDF, image or printout. Installing an app with a similar name does not make it an official replacement for the discontinued certificate workflow.
Avoid uploading health records to unofficial apps
A vaccination record contains sensitive personal information. Use the Ontario government or your public health unit's official website, confirm the domain before entering details, and do not upload a record to an unrelated wallet or scanner merely because it appears in an app store search.
